  1. Services Provided

Dream Gleam Detailing offers a range of mobile detailing services for vehicles, including but not limited to exterior washes, interior cleaning, waxing, polishing, and specialty services. Our services are provided at the location specified by the customer within our service area unless confirmed at an alternative location.

  1. Appointments and Cancellations

Scheduling: Appointments can be scheduled through our website, by phone, or by email. Confirmation of the appointment will be provided upon booking.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of $50.

Late Arrivals: If you are late for your appointment, we will try to accommodate you, but the appointment may be rescheduled, and a fee may apply.

  1. Payments

Pricing: Our pricing is based on the type and size of the vehicle, as well as the specific services requested. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment Methods: We accept payments via cash, credit card, debit card, and other electronic payment methods. Full payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Deposits: A deposit may be required for certain services or larger appointments. The deposit is non-refundable if the appointment is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.

  1. Customer Responsibilities

Access and Parking: The customer must provide a safe and accessible location for the detailing service to be performed, including adequate space and permission for parking and access to water and electricity.

Vehicle Condition: Customers should remove personal items from the vehicle before the appointment. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle during the detailing process.

  1. Liability

Damage to Vehicle: We will take all reasonable precautions to avoid damage to your vehicle. In the unlikely event of damage, our liability is limited to the cost of repairs, not exceeding the cost of the service provided.

  1. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive to provide high-quality services and customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will work with you to address any concerns and, if necessary, re-perform the service or offer a refund at our discretion.

  1. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
